Instructions for Preparing Final Camera-Ready Papers

PLEASE MAKE SURE TO USE THE TEMPLATE AS THE CONGRESS BANNER MUST APPEAR ON THE FIRST PAGE OF YOUR FULL PAPER.

When preparing your final paper, please make sure to strickly follow the instructions given on this website; use the proper fonts, include the banner at the top of the page as requested and do not include the abstract in the final paper.

All Oral and Poster Accepted Authors (contributions) are asked to submit a Camera-Ready Paper which will be reviewed for technical and scientific quality. Notice of the results of the review will be sent to the presenting author by January 15, 2010.

• Papers are due by the deadline date of Tuesday, December 1, 2009 at 11:59 PM EST, and must be in final camera-ready format. The only submission form is through web-base upload of PDF.
• Papers must be submitted using the original title of the abstract.
• In order to be included into the ITA-AITES 2010 World Tunnel Congress and the 36th General Assembly Program, the author/presenter must register and pay the Congress registration fee by February 28, 2010.
• The submitted final camera-ready paper MUST be prepared in strict adherence to the guidelines.
• The size of your PDF file CANNOT exceed the 8 pages (11 MB) limit.
