Instructions for the preparation of posters

1. The poster boards measure approximately 1.2 m X 1.2 m (4' x 4') and are made of a soft material that accepts Velcro tape. A supply of tape will be available in the poster area for mounting your material.
2. Poster material must be prepared in advance and should be large enough to be viewed from a distance of one meter.
3. Each poster must have a label at the top that indicates the title of the paper, the name(s) of the author(s) and their affiliation(s). The size of the characters for the title should be at least 2.5 cm (1 inch) high.
4. Drawings and charts should be clear and simple.
5. Authors are required to mount their material starting at 07:30 on Tuesday, May 18. Authors are expected to be at their posters from 15:00 to 18:00 on Tuesday, May 18.  The authors should remove their material from the poster board by 12:00 noon on Wednesday, May 19.
