Accommodation
Rooms have been reserved on behalf of participants in several hotels located in downtown Vancouver and in the vicinity of the Vancouver Convention Centre. Please note that the Marriott Hotel is the Congress Headquarters hotel and is at a walking distance to the Vancouver Convention Centre. Reservations can be made directly with the hotel to take advantage of the special rates negotiated for the Congress. Please make sure to mention WTC 2010.
May is a very busy time in Vancouver and it is strongly recommended to make hotel reservations as soon as possible.
Reservations should be made no later than April 1, 2010 to take advantage of the special rates negotiated for the Congress. After that date, the Congress room blocks will be released and hotel may charge higher rates.
