1 wireless lavalier microphone

Congress Publications
The Book of Abstracts with Proceedings on CD-ROM and
the Final Program will be available upon arrival
at the Congress.
Letter of Invitation
The Congress will be pleased to send an official letter of invitation to any scientist making such a request. It is understood that such an invitation is intended to help potential attendees obtain travel funds or a visa. The letter does not constitute any financial commitment on the part of the Congress.
Name Badges
Congress registrants are required to wear their name badge in order to gain entry to the scientific sessions, the exhibition and social activities.
Official Language
The official language of the Technical Program is English. There will be no simultaneous translation during the Congress. French and English translation will be provided during the General Assembly only. Support services will be available in both English and French.
Meals and Refreshments
At lunchtime, light meals will be served near the exhibit area on Monday, May 17 to Wednesday May 19.
For coffee breaks, refreshments will be served in the exhibit area.
Urgent Messages
During the Congress, it is possible to leave urgent messages from 07:30 to 18:00 hours by calling the Vancouver Convention Centre at (604) TBA and at other times at the hotel where the participant is staying.
