The on-line registration in now closed. It will be possible to register on site.

You can register for the Congress by completing the registration form or you can register directly on-line through a secure site.

Participants who pre-register will benefit by a reduced registration fee as well as having their entire documentation ready on arrival at the Congress registration desk. Each registrant is requested to submit a separate registration form (or a photocopy of it), along with the registration fees. Registration forms without payment will not constitute a pre-registration.

In order to be part of the WTC 2010 Program, the author/presenter must register by February 28 , 2010 and must submit payment at this time.

Registration fees for full participant and student include the welcome reception, access to all oral and poster sessions, access to the exhibition, coffee breaks, buffet lunch on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, delegate’s Bag with program, abstracts and proceedings and Tuesday night activities.

**Registration fees for the training tunnelling course include coffee breaks and lunch.

***Registration fees for the technical tour to Brightwater, Seattle include bus transportation and lunch.  The visit of Canada Line will be a walking tour.

****The spousal program fees include the welcome reception, the opening ceremony, one tote bag, access to the spousal meeting room, city tour of Vancouver and a tour of the Museum of Anthropology and Granville shopping as well as Tuesday night activities.

Official Receipt

Official Receipts will be sent to delegates via email only.

Cancellation and Refunds

Participants may withdraw their registration in writing prior to March 31, 2010. All refunds are subject to a $100.00 CAD administration fee. After this date no refunds will be possible.

NOTE: To avoid record duplication, Abstract Submitting Authors MUST register online using their Access Key (provided at time of submission of abstract). If you have misplaced your Access Key, please contact the Congress Secretariat Office.
